Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


Canada & USA Shipping
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Lipa Co. is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


Damaged or Lost Packages
